I think the rate they are charging now is 10% a month.They charge the equivalent of one months rent to locate and sign renters. You never get a call from the renters. GPL handles everything. If something breaks they fix it and take it out of your monthly check. If a big item breaks, they will check with you and see if you want hire someone or have them do it...
