At 8:31pm on August 3rd, 2008, Jessica Dudley said…: Jen, I did it! I rode 50 miles in the terrible heat of Covington. There is so much to tell you! I learned aLOT!!!! It was great, it was brutal, it was tough and yet well within my limits....My body ached the whole way and my feet were on fire, at one rest stop, I just tore off the shoes!!!!! I've never had so much GU, and drink-stuff! I am still detoxing!

This next week is slammed, but the follow week would be awesome....July 28th a monday is open, as is Wed morning. We are doing the Covington Century on Sat of that week, so I will be tapering a good bit....
