TTL (Triathlon Training Log) - June 30, 2008

I intended on taking last week off to recover from my first Triathlon. It was only a Sprint, but the break sounded deserving. The Tri-fever kicked in Thursday night when Jim, Collin, and Kalen enticed me to do a "little run" with them at Mullberry Park. 8 miles in, the Bike Mounted Park Ranger was asking us to leave as it was past dark. All totalled, my one week break consisted of a 9.8 mile run, too much of a jump from my current running schedule, but a good confidence booster.
