The church can become the place where the great artists of our time paint their first strokes and the great musicians sing their first notes. The church can become the place where the great thinkers and the great scholars and the great writers emerge. The church can become the environment where the future’s poets and film directors, dancers and doctors, grow up in community and learn that their talents are a gift from God. - Erwin McManus

Hey "little c" creators!" Check out the new group I created called "feedback" on the groups page. It is a place for us to put up our various types of creative works that are inspired by things we hear/see/experience around the C3 community.

Hey Everyone...so the next Frame event is August 12th! We are heading to Brooke Fraser (concert). Brooke is a born and bread Kiwi (New Zealander) and is a singer song writer. She currently lives in Aussie and is very involved in Hillsong Music. Brooke will blow you away, she is amazing (great things seem to come from New Zealand).
John and I have purchased a couple of tickets and have one left if anyone wants it. But, there are some tickets left...so get on line ASAP http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/0E0040E9B59E6F54. All up the tickets are about $15.00 each, which is a steal...John and I went to see her in NZ a year ago and paid over $50 each for the tickets...well worth the money though!!!! We will grab dinner before the show and all head over. Let us know if you are keen!

Hi everyone! I'm kinda new to C3 and have enjoied meeting soo many of you! Just wanted to throw this out there if anyone is interested- I am a senior stylist at Kathy Adams Salon in Buford-upstairs in the Mall Of Ga.
My Cuts start at $53 and go up to $65 and color starts at $65 and goes up depending on what we decide to do.
KAS is a wonderful salon that god has blessed me with the opportunity to work in! We are constantly training in new hair tecniques and ideas and were voted top 200 salons for 5 years in a row. We are a REDKEN elite salon with our own REDKEN Platform artist working within the salon.
I would love to see any of you who is interested in getting their hair done in an upscale salon.

Hi girls of Frame... Claire Ryan is recruiting women to decorate tables for the Everywoman evening next Thursday. It's a fun job, you get 1 table to decorate any way you want as long as it sticks to the beach/hawaiian theme. Go check it out (on the groups page).

Hi creative friends! I have a fun request.

I teach toddlers (15 months - 26 months old) and this week and next week we are focusing on the arts (my favorite topic, wohoo!) I was wondering if any of you would like to stop by next week on Monday June 30th, Tuesday, July 1st, or Wednesday, July 2nd and show my kids some of your visual art or if you play an instrument, maybe you can show that off too? It would have to be things that little kids would appreciate.. but doesn't neccessarily have to be kids songs or whatever. Anything with noise and lots of color works! Let me know if you think this is something you'd like to do. I LOVE introducing art to kids this small.. they do understand it and appreciate it.

I guess the best time to come would be in the afternoons around 3:00 - 5:00. This would be a volunteer thing of course... it's a great opportunity to invest into the future of creativity!
