Bryant, that Psalm is really special for me too. A few years ago God was taking me on a journey to really consecrate me and focus on growth in Him.. and that was one Psalm that really spoke to me. I did a fun little art project with it. I molded soap into a hand, and painted a red heart in the middle of the hand, then glued the whole thing on a piece of board painted with blue colors. The soap-hand was for the "clean hands" part of the Psalm.. and the blue background was for the "he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters." I wrote the words of the Psalm around the artwork. I'll try to post a pic later if I can.

"Oh God, Cleanse our hand and purify our hearts. Jesus, help us to purge ourselves from anything that keeps us from your presents." Amen

My Favorite Psalm

Psalm 24
Of David. A psalm.
1 The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it,
the world, and all who live in it;

2 for he founded it upon the seas
and established it upon the waters.

3 Who may ascend the hill of the LORD ?
Who may stand in his holy place?

4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
who does not lift up his soul to an idol
or swear by what is false. [a]

5 He will receive blessing from the LORD
and vindication from God his Savior.

6 Such is the generation of those who seek him,
who seek your face, O God of Jacob. [b]
Selah

7 Lift up your heads, O you gates;
be lifted up, you ancient doors,
that the King of glory may come in.

8 Who is this King of glory?
The LORD strong and mighty,
the LORD mighty in battle.

9 Lift up your heads, O you gates;
lift them up, you ancient doors,
that the King of glory may come in.

10 Who is he, this King of glory?
The LORD Almighty—
he is the King of glory.

Okay, here is a poem I wrote on 2.17.08
-----------------------------------------------

"Glory And a Hand to Hold"

glory shows up in
- s u n s h i n e -
Jesus gives away rays of jubilee -
a diamond smiled embrace,
it is warm and safe and bright.

heaven appears inside
- s p r i n g t i m e -
God gives away a hand to hold -
interlocking fingers in my puzzled faith,
He is warm and safe and bright.

( and - a l i v e - )

Here it is in word format, the notes are actually in the right place over the words. Its a 4/4 90BPM. Light rock/ worshipful rhythm will do. I see a lake called purity.docx
